Terms of Service

ProbateZero provides AI-powered pre-clearance intelligence for estate administration. Our service analyzes estate data using specialized AI agents and produces attorney-ready executor briefings (“Briefings”). By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Briefings are informational tools, not legal advice. ProbateZero is a technology service provider, not a law firm. Briefings are generated by AI agents and have not been reviewed by a licensed attorney. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all findings and exercising professional judgment before relying on any information in a Briefing for estate administration decisions.

No attorney-client relationship is created between ProbateZero and any user of the service.

Our service is designed for licensed attorneys and legal professionals engaged in estate planning and administration. By using ProbateZero, you represent that you are a licensed legal professional or are acting under the supervision of one.

• Each estate analysis consumes one engagement credit
• Credits are available as single ($297), 3-pack ($747), or 10-pack ($1,970)
• Credits are non-refundable once an analysis has been initiated
• If an analysis fails to produce a Briefing, your credit is automatically restored
• Credits do not expire
• Credits are tied to the email address used at purchase

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By initiating a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge the specified amount. All prices are in US Dollars.

• Briefings are delivered via secure email link within 24 hours of analysis initiation
• Briefing viewing links are valid for 90 days from generation
• You may request a new viewing link at any time via the engagement portal
• Briefings are provided as-is based on publicly available data at the time of analysis

While we strive for accuracy, Briefings are based on publicly available records and AI analysis. They may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Specifically:

• Property records may not reflect recent transactions
• Creditor information is derived from public filings and may be incomplete
• AI classification (CLEAR/FLAG/URGENT) is advisory, not determinative
• Estate readiness scores are estimates based on available data

You should not rely solely on a ProbateZero Briefing for estate administration decisions.

Estate data you submit is processed by isolated AI agents with no human review during analysis. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, storage, and sharing practices.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization to submit estate data for analysis, including any necessary client consent.

Briefings generated for your engagements are licensed to you for use in your professional practice. ProbateZero retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve service quality and AI agent accuracy.

The ProbateZero name, logo, and service design are proprietary. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell Briefings or any ProbateZero content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProbateZero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to errors in Briefings, service interruptions, or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Briefing at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProbateZero from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your reliance on Briefing content, or your violation of these terms.

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. Unused credits will be honored or refunded in the event of service discontinuation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users.
