ProbateZero (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides AI-powered pre-clearance intelligence for estate administration. Our service analyzes estate data using specialized AI agents and produces attorney-ready executor briefings.

We collect information you provide directly when using our service:

• Contact information: Name, email address, law firm name
• Estate details: Estate name, property address, Assessor's Parcel Number (APN), case notes
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, anonymized analytics via Plausible (no cookies, no personal data)

• Generate pre-clearance estate analysis briefings using AI agents
• Deliver briefings to you via secure email links
• Process payments and manage engagement credits
• Send transactional emails (engagement confirmations, briefing delivery, pipeline status)
• Improve service quality and AI agent accuracy

Estate data you submit is analyzed by isolated AI agents. Each agent operates in a separate environment with access only to the data relevant to its analysis function. No human reviews your client data during the analysis process.

AI-generated briefings are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal advice. Attorneys should independently verify all findings before relying on them for estate administration decisions.

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
• Estate data is stored in AWS infrastructure in the United States (us-west-2)
• Briefing access tokens expire after 90 days
• Portal magic links expire after 15 minutes
• We implement IP-based rate limiting, request body size limits, and Content Security Policy headers

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe: Payment processing
• Resend: Transactional email delivery
• AWS: Cloud infrastructure and data storage
• Anthropic: AI model provider for estate analysis
• Plausible: Privacy-focused, cookieless website analytics

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Estate records and briefings are retained for as long as your engagement credits remain active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@probatezero.ai.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications (we only send transactional emails)

ProbateZero uses Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. We use browser localStorage to remember your email for returning visits. Admin sessions use secure, HttpOnly cookies with SameSite=Strict.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.
